Our practice

Alpha Consultant operates as a focused cross-border practice. Every engagement is led by a senior consultant who acts as your relationship manager, project coordinator, and cross-border adviser. The practice draws on deep experience in business operations, an established professional network in Cambodia (VCAT, ARDB, food-and-beverage, agriculture), and a working understanding of both the New Zealand and Cambodian compliance environments.

How an engagement works

1. Discovery. A free first conversation in English or Khmer to understand the goal and the markets involved.
2. Scope & partners. A written engagement letter that names exactly what Alpha will do directly and which licensed partner will deliver any regulated work.
3. Delivery. Alpha coordinates the work end-to-end. You have one point of contact across accountants, lawyers, translators, immigration advisers, and IT partners.
4. Ongoing. Most engagements continue as a monthly retainer for bookkeeping, compliance, or growth — with project work added as needed.

What we will not do

Alpha Consultant will not provide immigration advice, tax advice, legal advice, or certified translation under its own name. New Zealand and Cambodia both regulate those services for good reasons. Every Alpha engagement that touches a regulated area is delivered with a named partner — and your engagement letter will tell you exactly who.
