Under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, only a Licensed Immigration Adviser (or an exempt person such as a lawyer) may give New Zealand immigration advice. Alpha Consultant does not provide immigration advice. We coordinate, translate, organise documents, and manage your case timeline. Every engagement is delivered under a written agreement with our partner Licensed Immigration Adviser, who advises you directly on your case.
What Alpha Consultant does
- Initial client intake and document checklist (based on public Immigration New Zealand information)
- Document collection, organisation, and translation coordination
- Booking and liaison with the Licensed Immigration Adviser
- Application document organisation and lodgement support
- Follow-up coordination and case status tracking
- Settlement support after visa approval (housing, schools, banking, GP, IRD setup)
What Alpha Consultant does not do
- – Assess visa eligibility in detail
- – Recommend which visa is best for you
- – Interpret immigration rules for your personal situation
- – Submit immigration applications under our own name
All of the above are provided directly to you by the Licensed Immigration Adviser, under their own engagement letter.
